Update 4-7-14
REVISED STATEMENT BELOW:

Please note, I am still working on a layout of donation rewards in a tiered format, depending on how big or small each donation is. Please see note at the very bottom of the post on my blog…

Please share or help! I’m raising money for urgent OUTRAGEOUSLY OUTSTANDING PECO ELECTRIC BILL, AND MEDICAL BILLS ETC. FOR GEORGE, ZACH, AND MY MEDICAL BILLS….
Click 2 Donate:

THANKS GUYS!!!

I love my little guys and it took A LOT to even reach out for help we hopefully receive. :-/ I know others have it worse, but over $2700 due, IN FULL, to Peco ELECTRIC, by May 4th, 2014; or shutoff without it turned back on, until bill satisfaction is our first and biggest concern, worry. I was able to get a 30 day medical extension at 5:06pm on April 4th, but no more after that. The bill is so high because of the last shutoff adding over $1500 to my outstanding balance at the time.

THANKS GUYS!!!

My mission statement (thankfully revised by a close friend,) is below the links to HANDPICKED specials on Amazon.com, available to you as SPECIALS you won’t find directly surfing Amazon. These are available for me to share to readers such as you, thru my Amazon affiliate account, which Amazon then “pays me” via Amazon gift-cards, which are USED SOLEY on the boys, for things such as diapers and wipes, etc.

I am yet to be paid out, however Amazon states affiliates are paid out quarterly at a rate of 4% of completed sales and advertisements people click on (a rate ratio I am not completely educated on just yet to explain in detail), thru affiliate link clicks, which pay out once affiliates reach the minimum $10USD threshold, set by Amazon.

I am not one to EVER ask for handouts, however, my parents are unable to help at this time due to their own hardships, so I have resorted to social media….

AGAIN, THANK YOU!!! :)

Mission Statement below the Amazon widgets, as well as on GOFUNDME.com page
where you can track progress and updates as well as make donations. I am assessed a donation fee of 5-9%, however anything is better than nothing!!! :)

Amazon referrals are paid in form of Amazon cash at 4% towards use such as diapers etc…

GOFUNDME MISSION STATEMENT:

George and Zachary are my two special little boys. Both of them are intelligent, caring and friendly. They are full of energy and love to run and play together. However, both of them have important health issues and have each been through a lot of difficult times. My oldest son George, who just turned 4 in March, is a special needs’ child living with the Aspergers form of Autism on the “Autism Spectrum”. Special therapy, therapeutic aids for his sensory issues, and teachers are helping him cope, but the expenses are high; and about to get higher if we can afford a special preschool for children just like Georgie who require special attention, needs, and education. This school is very promising with its success rates and stories other local parents have shared.

My youngest son Zachary, who turned 2 on 11-28-13 was born prematurely at 27W1D, and had to spend the first 94 days of his life in the intensive care unit for premature babies at HUP/UPENN, also with MRSA contact precautions; and a tampered medical record as a result of my questioning his MRSA contraction at just 4 days old causing necrosis of his nose and mouth covered up by physicians, nurses, and other hospital staff racking up a bill over $3MILLION; all while he was hooked up to a respirator and other medical equipment as well as enduring painful IV’s via his bones and spinal taps at the tiny size of under 2lbs. As a result of his premature birth, Zachary is also partially deaf and he too requires regular and costly therapeutic care, toys, and aides.

Aside from the boys’ concerns, I have been living with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, Antiphospholipid Antibody Syndrome and several other chronic health conditions since being diagnosed at the age of 13. Due to the many complications of these conditions, each of my pregnancies were very high-risk. In addition to the costs of George and Zachary’s continuing care, my ongoing medical bills are also very high. I take generic versions of all the medicine I need right now. I use coupons for drug stores and shop around for the best prices. Even so, the costs are very high, totaling over $3000-3500/monthly. Medicare Part D only pays for 25.5% of my medication. In addition to all of that, I usually have to pay out of pocket for the numerous visits to my own doctors and specialists. Over half of my life has been spent dealing with more medical issues than I ever imagined I would have had to.

Because I have to pay roughly $3500 each month for my medication alone, some months have gone by when I had to choose to pay for food, all of the other things the boys need and general housing expenses instead of purchasing medication for myself. It’s very dangerous for all of us when I have to decide to not buy all of my medications so I can keep a roof over our heads and food on the table.

A difficult hysterectomy finding a benign tumor larger than the size of a FOOTBALL , its ongoing complications and other unexpected surgeries and medical procedures have each taken a further toll on my health and well-being; as well as the likelihood of ANOTHER MAJOR surgery this May or June, if I can afford it: due to tumors popping up as well as complications from the above detailed hysterectomy; thankfully to date all benign. I was also recently the victim of a bad car accident, rear-ended at a red light by another person who was driving recklessly while under the influence of alcohol. The added stress of being the victim of someone else’s poor choices and irresponsibility only makes things worse.

My financial situation has become so tight that even keeping the lights and heat on is a great hardship. I am facing a deadline of April 14th, 2014 when the power bill is due. If it goes unpaid, our electricity will be shut off and things will be even worse for us.

My family and health are the most important things in my life. I work hard and live frugally. Yet the bills are not easy to keep up with at times and now is one of the times when things are particularly difficult. Please help and donate whatever you can.

Zachary, George and I are all very appreciative and thankful!!!

Even the SMALLEST to BIGGEST of donations will be reciprocated in some form promptly, as I am thankful to anyone who even considers helping (if anyone actually does donate LOL). This will be done such promptly and immediately; even before my goal is reached, and even if I am not fortunate to reach the entire goal. I understand everyone these days faces similar or much worse situations. I may have health below par at the moment, and two special needs toddlers, however all of the sleep I am losing despite extreme exhaustion, lost from stress, is being used to research ways and resources to make life work!

Ergo, that time will also be used to immediately reward ANY AND ALL DONORS in SOME SHAPE OR FORM, regardless of whether a donor donates $15,000 or just 10cents! :) No donation will go forgotten and will be rewarded, since I know how to send even customized photo 5X7 postcards FREE! (Yes, that too is a blog in progress!) ;)

Knowing everyone has hardships and rapidly degrading health issues, aging too fast, and others growing too fast, I truly regret the fact I was unable to throw the party, which I wish I had been able to afford to throw, for the very first time, at my parents’ house this year, aka, the “Annual Winter FAMILY REUNION/NOW-JOINT BIRTHDAY PARTY BLOWOUT FOR G&Z.” However lack of money didn’t allow that to happen. With the state of health of my family, I regret not being able to do so.
